By accessing the Website and using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the intellectual property of Stacknyu. The Stacknyu logo is a registered trademark of Nullpreneurs LLP. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You are not permitted to use or reproduce any of our intellectual property without prior written consent from Stacknyu.

2. Services

Stacknyu provides web development, app development, digital marketing, content creation, and graphic design services ("Services"). The specific details and scope of each service are outlined on the respective service pages of our Website.

  • We strive to accurately describe our services and their features on our Website. However, we reserve the right to make changes to the services without prior notice.
  • The number of pages, features, or deliverables included in a service package will be explicitly defined in the corresponding service description. We will only provide the exact number of pages or deliverables as mentioned in the service description.
  • Any additional services or modifications outside the scope of the agreed-upon service package may require a separate agreement and additional fees.

3. Use of Services

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information required for the provision of the services.
  • Use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not use the services for any unauthorized or illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, spreading malware, or infringing upon intellectual property rights.
  • Not attempt to access or interfere with the systems, networks, or infrastructure of Stacknyu or its third-party service providers.
  • We dont share any code / data / asset before atleast of advance payment.

4. Limitation of Liability

Stacknyu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

5. Intellectual Property Charges

All content and materials on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the intellectual property of Stacknyu. The Stacknyu logo is a registered trademark of Nullpreneurs LLP. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You are not permitted to use or reproduce any of our intellectual property without prior written consent from Stacknyu.

The source code is charged extra. (usually 2x-5x of project value)
And White labelling charges will be 15% of order value or 2000 rs whichever is higer.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Stacknyu and its affiliates, partners, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
