The challenge
Early SaaS products accumulate technical debt before product-market learning is complete.
Our approach
Define a focused architecture and delivery plan that protects speed without blocking future scale.
SaaS products built around the workflow that makes your business different, including roles, tenancy, permissions, billing, integrations, reporting, and the work that happens after a customer signs in.
Explicit organisation, user, role, and permission models for each customer boundary.
Records, status changes, approvals, reminders, exceptions, and reporting that reflect how the business operates.
Customer and operator experiences that share one source of truth without exposing the same controls to every role.
Integration, billing, document, notification, and audit workflows that support the product after launch.
Fast, observable product behavior with reporting that helps teams understand adoption and operational health.
Model the roles, tenant boundaries, permissions, and account relationships that make a multi-tenant product dependable.
Turn complex business rules into clear states, approvals, handoffs, and automations that teams can operate.
Design the subscriptions, entitlements, invoices, usage signals, and reporting views your commercial model actually needs.
Connect the records and systems around the product with deliberate API boundaries, imports, exports, and failure handling.
Create focused interfaces that help different roles complete recurring work with less ambiguity and fewer manual workarounds.
Give operators the visibility they need to review activity, investigate exceptions, and improve the platform over time.

Custom SaaS Development
01 / 08Alartx is a unified security operations platform that gives large, multi-branch banks a single real-time view of alarms, fire systems, and CCTV across every location. It natively speaks SIA DC-09, Contact ID, MQTT, and custom alarm protocols, so branches keep their existing hardware instead of replacing it. An omni-channel notification engine routes alerts through more than 180 channels, with rules for who gets notified, when, and how many alerts they receive. Live camera feeds stream over RTSP and ONVIF, and the platform deploys either as a managed cloud service or fully on-premise for institutions that need data to stay inside their own network. Today it is used by leading banks in India to manage security across nationwide branch networks.
